Here is one idea for how you can use this with students: There are three sets of reviews occuring at three different points in time. Each review has three separate reviewers who independently submitted their scores and comments. There are some interesting differences in these reviews that would be good for students to compare and contrast. The scoring system is also something that NIH uses across all of their institutes and programs. This would also be good for students to understand. A good explanation can be found here.
